On Sgùrr nan Ceannaichean's southern flanks
The key to an easy ascent of this mountain is the brilliant stalkers' path, seen here bottom left, which zigzags up its southern side; its start can be a little hard to find due to a slight inaccuracy in the 1:50000 map. The superb mountain across the way is Sgùrr a' Chaorachain, with on the left the almost level ridge of Sron na Frianich, and the shapely peak of Bidean an Eoin Deirg behind.
