The railway closed in 1954. Most of its route is now the Parkland Walk, which ends at this point.
Parkland Walk is a linear nature reserve on the route of a former railway line in north London. It stretches from Finsbury Park to Alexandra Palace, a distance of 4½ miles.
Most of Parkland Walk forms part of the Capital Ring walking route.

The Parkland Walk is a 3 mile linear green pedestrian and cycle route in London, which follows the course of the railway line that used to run between Finsbury Park and Alexandra Palace, through Stroud Green, Crouch End, Highgate and Muswell Hill. The route is shared with The Capital Ring.
