The old swimming pool site on Gilesgate in process of being converted into a block of luxury flats, rather pretentiously called the "Wool House". Some progress has been made in the last eighteen months (see NY9364 : The new apartments take shape) but still far from ready for occupation, putting it well over a year behind schedule.
