This is what was known until very recently ( September 2023) the Sage Gateshead, a world-class cultural and convention centre forming part of the Quayside arts development in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. In addition to providing a venue for prestigious conferences and other gatherings, the centre offers music education and a range of music performance. The venue is currently undergoing additional development and has been renamed The Glasshouse International Centre for Music to mark the new development.
