Formerly known as the Park Hotel, this Art Deco style hotel has been an important part of the coastal streetscape for more than 70 years. The building was taken over by the Inn Collection Group a couple of years ago and, following an extensive refurbishment programme, including extending the hotel to offer 72 bedrooms, was reopened to the public on the 06 November 2023. This photograph shows the entrance to the hotel along with Oswins, a fish and chips takeaway outlet, and Cones, an ice cream parlour. These two outlets have yet to officially open to the public.
