Commemorative inscription on Mousehole bridge
Placed by the then local administrative and highways agency, Martley Rural District Council, in 1928, when this bridge and that further southwest at Batchelor's Bridge, Suckley had to be replaced after flood damage. Three members of the authority are noted: the chairman (Mr Lord), highways engineer (illegible) and surveyor, Mr Chadwick.
