Byers Green Station, disused platform
Byers Green Station, disused platform
This old railway route between Spennymoor and Bishop Auckland has been converted to a path known as the Auckland Walk. Ben Booksbank's photograph from 1965 shows the line and the station still in place and with no trees around. He tells that the station was the third to have been named Byers Green. Link
