Yr Wyddfa massif
Peaks (L to R): the multiple peaks of Y Lliwedd (898m), the highest peak Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) (1085m) (partly snow-covered), and Crib Goch (923m) of Yr Wyddfa massif in Eryri (Snowdonia).
The second-highest peak Garnedd Ugain (1065m) to the right of Yr Wyddfa is partly obscured by cloud and here largely hidden behind the peak of Crib Goch.
Together these peaks form a steep horseshoe-shaped ridge surrounding two lakes, Glaslyn (605m) and Llyn Lladaw (436m).
The lesser peak seen here in front of the Yr Wyddfa ridge is Moel Berfedd (482m).
The scene is viewed looking west-southwest from the Dyffryn Mymbyr valley. Philbhu image ref: P2260511a2g.
