Pilgrim’s Quarter is a new office development in the heart of Newcastle City Centre, delivering approximately 63,000 sq m (Gross Internal Area) of Grade-A office accommodation. When competed in 2027, the £155m block will become the new headquarters for around 9,000 staff who are being moved from HMRC’s existing North East offices in Washington and Longbenton.
