Overlooking the Fish Quay area, Wimpey Homes’ redevelopment of Union Square in the mid- 1990's was a notable ‘flagship project’, bringing new life to an historic area and acting as a catalyst for further riverside redevelopment. This fine elevated terrace directly faces the River Tyne with superb views.
