Grange Bridge Cottage Tea Shop
Grange Bridge Cottage Tea Shop
Grade II Listed as an early 19th century cottage. The cottage dates back to the 17th century when the building supported logging operations in the river. It was later two semi-detached cottages with the northern cottage later becoming the village post office. Around 1975 the two cottages became one with about a quarter becoming a tea room with owner accommodation in the rest. The tea room closed in December 2021 and was sold in January 2022. Following refurbishment and updating the interior, in June 2022 planning approved change of use to a 3 bed holiday let.
