Kenny Stewart, a local veteran of the Korean War, commissioned Golspie Stonework to inscribe the names of more than 60 Black Watch soldiers killed in the conflict on a granite slab on a large stone taken from Mr Stewart's old family croft. Mr Stewart died a week before the stone was unveiled on March 12 2016 at a gathering of 60 relatives, friends and Korean War veterans.
