taken 1 month ago, near to Stodday, Lancashire, England

Path junction beside the Lancaster Canal
Path junction beside the Lancaster Canal
The towpath between Lancaster and Deep Cutting Bridge has been tarmacked to make a useful cycleway out of town. Here the cyclepath leaves the canal to climb up to join the A588 at Deep Cutting Bridge, whilst a lower-quality towpath continues along the side of the canal.
