Built in the 1850s as premises for The Commercial Bank of Scotland. It was last used as a backpackers' hostel. but has been derelict and boarded up since 2000. It has been on the Buildings At Risk register since 2011 LinkExternal link Plans involving its demolition LinkExternal link were approved in 2017 but the developers pulled out of the deal.

The grounds are used for car parking.
