This horse-drawn cart was in Silverburn Park near the campsite.
New campsite at Silverburn Park
As part of a project to enhance the public use of Silverburn Park and (eventually) the former flax mill a campsite which will include tents, glamping pods and pitches for campervans is under construction. It was due to open in spring 2020 but the outbreak of coronavirus meant a postponement until the outbreak subsided. Read more here Link
