A pair of large Victorian houses named on the 1890 OS map as Buckingham Villas, later used by Leeds Girls High School and now by West Oaks School, which caters for pupils with special educational needs from nursery to sixth form level. The building is listed grade II (list entry 1255797) under the name of 'Ford House'.
