Carved stone post was on Via, in parish of LANCASTER (LANCASTER District), was on a Roman Road, Artle Beck, Caton, now in Lancaster City Museum. Roman milestone, erected by the Government in the 2nd century.

Inscription reads:- : IMP CAE / TR HADRIA / AVGPMTP / COS III PP / IMP IIII :
