War Department and Admiralty Estate Boundary Marker standing on the south shore of Kinterbury Creek, Kiln Bay, St Budeaux, Devonport. Inscribed B A. for Board of Admiralty / (arrow) / WD for War Department / 1 / (Fouled anchor) / 17 on its north face and H W M for High Water Mark on its east face. Between 1891 and 1941 both the War Department and the Admiralty had ordnance depots at Bull Point.
