Cinnabar moth caterpillars
Two caterpillars of Cinnabar moth, Tyria jacobaeae, feeding on common ragwort, Senecio jacobaea, in Hamiltonhill Claypits Local Nature Reserve. A rare moth in Glasgow until quite recently, there were lots of caterpillars here.
