An old watermill on the River Ver. The sign on the wall says Bathing and Fishing Prohibited. I'm guessing it's an old sign repainted for decoration, unless maybe they're still having problems with bathers and fishers.
The road is part of the Hertfordshire Way and Ver Valley Walk.
