At the very extreme tips of the road network, and you still cannot escape a road closure, the sheer numbers of which were a major problem for anyone travelling at this time. I was only intending to get to the grid squares a few hundred metres to the south and did not encounter any obstacles worse than mud, but I suspect it may have something to do with the Hart Burn crossing.
