In common with other stations on the Settle - Carlisle Line which is popular with tourists, stations have been carefully restored in heritage style with maintenance and support from The Settle-Carlisle Railway
Development Company, a not-for-profit limited company.
Settle to Carlisle railway line

The Settle to Carlisle Line is a 73 mile long main railway line in northern England. It was constructed in the 1870s. It is generally recognised as one of the most attractive railway lines in the country as it crosses the Yorkshire Dales.
