Those of a certain vintage will remember the older lady lamenting that her bank had become a trendy wine bar. Well the Nat West left 4 High Street Petersfield in September. It is for sale, so therefore could become a three storey hospitality venue. I see light lunches on the ground floor, an events suite in the middle and a vibrant night spot at the top. All I need now is the cash....
