Bee Hive Hotel, Cloth Market/High Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne
Bee Hive Hotel, Cloth Market/High Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne
Built in 1902 by J. Oswald & Son, the green and yellow ground floor exterior of this popular public house is particularly attractive, with panelled and garlanded Ionic pilasters supporting entablature and leaf-bracketed frieze. The original Bee Hive Hotel wording in low relief on fascia remains intact beneath a prominent cornice. It is a Grade II Listed Building.
