St Matthew's Rear Cloister
St Matthew's Rear Cloister
There are two sets of cloisters in the Category B Listed surrounds of St Matthew's. This is the one behind the church and presbytery. See LinkExternal link for details. Especially noteworthy are that it was built by volunteer labour, and that the use throughout of bricks was to keep the local brickworks open.
