The Dolphin Inn, King Edward Road, Tynemouth
A building, occupying much the same footprint as the current public house, was shown on the 1865 First Edition of the Ordnance Survey Six Inch map of the area, along with the neighbouring (to the left) stone built property. This current building is believed to have been present since the 1930s with its distinctive Tudor style and good chimney detailing. The building appears on North Tyneside Council's Register of Buildings and Parks of Local Architectural and Historic Interest.
