A view of the trunk A31 road as it passes through the town of Ringwood in Hampshire. This view looks westwards, as the road heads towards the border with Dorset.

This image was taken at the beginning of March. Most trees were still bare for the winter season, but new leaves would grow over the coming weeks as winter gave way to spring.

The A31 is a 87 mile long trunk road from Guildford to Bere Regis. It passes through or close to Farnham, Winchester and Ringwood.
