SP3519 : Once it stood to collect again - Charlbury, Oxfordshire
I can confirm that Tollhouse Cottage was prepared as a defended position during the Second World War, part of the nationwide anti-invasion defences of 1940 built in anticipation of an invasion by Nazi Germany.
