What is now a contractor's access road will eventually become Grayling Hill, with houses.
Cote Farm estate, Thackley

A substantial housing development, for which the principal planning application to Bradford Council was lodged in 2013, ref. 13/04148/MAF. Initially refused, it was granted on appeal in 2015. It was to cover up to 270 dwellings on a ten hectare site previously occupied by Cote Farm. The original farmhouse is grade II listed and remains at the heart of the estate. By 2025, work was still in progress on the part of the estate furthest from the main road. Access from the main road (Leeds Road, A657) is on a spine road called Crooked Road, after an older footpath called Crooked Lane that runs through the estate.
