Detail of the flush bracket benchmark on the Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar at Hodbarrow Point (photograph SD1878 : Triangulation Pillar, Hodbarrow Point). The flush bracket, benchmark number S5454, is on the north east face of the pillar and marks a height of 20.4399m above sea level (Ordnance Datum Newlyn), last verified in 1956.
