Entrance to St Andrew's Church
Entrance to St Andrew's Church
This R C Church on Worswick Street opened in 1875 and was a replacement for the first R C chapel in Newcastle since the reformation. Father James Worswick was the priest and the street is named after him. There is a plaque to him on the wall here.
