The Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar on Maulds Meaburn Moor.
The flush bracket benchmark number 10414 on the northwest face of the pillar marks a height of 292.6982m above mean sea level (Ordnance Datum Newlyn) last levelled for height in 1970 (photograph NY6315 : Flush Bracket Benchmark, Maulds Meaburn Moor).
The plaque on the pillar bears the inscription:
