Glan Llyn Flag Halt (sometimes spelt Glanllyn Halt) is a little‑used stop on the Bala Lake Railway, nestled between Pentrepiod and Llangower on the southern shoreline of Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid). It was opened in 1868 as a private Flag Station for Sir Watkin Williams‑Wynn, a director of the original railway; the halt allowed him to raise a flag and cross the lake by boat to board the train. The halt, which became publicly advertised as Flag Station in 1931, was renamed Glan Llyn Halt in 1950 and closed in 1965 when the standard-gauge line shut down.

The Bala Lake Railway (narrow‑gauge) was laid along this trackbed from 1972, though Glan Llyn Halt remained closed to regular services until it was revived for occasional special trains in the 21st century.
