This slate memorial, fixed to the left hand side pillar of the St Mary's Church gate, lists alphabetically (B-O) the fallen of 1914-1918. The list continues on the right hand plaque (O-W), which also contains the names of the fallen of the Second World War which, mercifully, were fewer.
