The most prominent of the houses along this road, dating from 1925. Thanks to the golf course opposite, it enjoys the same uninterrupted view as a hundred years ago. According to Historic England, who listed it grade II in 1999, it was designed by local architect as his own residence in 'International Modern' style. List entry 1379802.
