Chimney stacks from The Parade, Broadstairs
Chimney stacks from The Parade, Broadstairs
The chimney stacks are on the roof of Eagle House, an apartment block at beach level on Viking Bay. The house is named after the eagle military standard captured from the French at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815 and which adorned the building. The original standard is now in London but a replica was installed in 2010 during restoration.
