Looking along Boroughgate towards the Grade II* listed LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) cross, which dates from the 18th century and the Grade I listed LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) St Lawrence's Church, parts of which date to the 12th century. On the right is the Hare and Hounds, at that time a Vaux pub.
