Bushey Lane is a minor lane through countryside on the Isle of Prubeck in Dorset.

This image was taken on a bright and sunny day at the end of December. Many of the trees were bare for the winter season. At this time of year, the sun is low in the sky, resulting in long shadows. The frosty patches either side of the road surface have been shielded from the sun, and have not therefore evaporated even though this image was taken in the early afternoon. The frost is an indication that, although bright and sunny, the weather was chilly when this photo was taken.
