SP4230 : Thank goodness for the finger post

taken 18 years ago, near to Nether Worton, Oxfordshire, England

Thank goodness for the finger post
Thank goodness for the finger post
Nether Worton village road signs. One wonders if the traditional finger post sign is to supplement the National Cycle Route sign standing next to it which is barely visible and can only be read at close range. Nice bit of road furniture but appears to be a functional as a chocolate fire guard.
