Heslington Church (provided by David Dixon)
Heslington Church is a partnership between the Church of England and the Methodist Church together with the Roman Catholic Chaplaincy to the University of York. It was formed from Saint Paul's Church, Heslington and Heslington Methodist Chapel in 1971.
The church building is in the village of Heslington, on the edge of the University campus. It was originally constructed in 1858.
The church serves the local area, which includes the village of Heslington, the surrounding farms, local housing estates and the University of York.
