Geograph - photograph every grid square

Built as accommodation for the workers on the construction of the dam and pipework associated with raising the level of Llyn Dulyn in the late 19th century, and now a basic shelter for walkers and stravaigers in the northern Carneddau. Officially, it sleeps 8 (two 4-berth bunks) but there's plenty of room on the floor for more; we had 13 and that lovely collie dog indoors the night before this was taken, and the principle is "The bothy is never full", particularly if the weather is bad. That said, one guy chose to camp outside on a flat meadow at the far end, and four other youngsters chose to camp on a grassy area 100 yards or so to the east.
