Garston Street facility
The River Sheppey is largely confined by culverts as it travels westwards through Shepton Mallet. Much of the land is occupied by the drinks firm, with its mills and warehousing, so for a brief section the river reappears. Here the Environment Agency have created an access point, and on the corner of the walling is one their benchmarks - see SLNG.
