Petersfield tree warden Robin Hart has produced a guided walk around Petersfield's notable trees. Did you know we have an example of the world's tallest tree species here? Although ours is a little short of the record holder! That in 2022 a range of trees were planted by local schools at Avenue Playing Fields to celebrate The Queen's Platinum Jubilee? And that this was part of the nationwide The Queen's Green Canopy initiative? So join me on a walk around this, as William Blake might have put it, this green and pleasant town....
