Brighton Marina: ASDA superstore
Brighton Marina: ASDA superstore
ASDA was formed in 1965 by the amalgamation of the ASquith brothers stores run by Peter and Fred Asquith and originating from Knottingley in West Riding of Yorkshire, with Associated DAiries run by Noel Stockdale which had itself been formed by the amalgamation of several West Riding Dairies. In 1999 ASDA was taken over by Wal-Mart.

The ASDA store here is in the Brighton Marina village at the foot of the chalk cliffs. Marine Gate is the large apartment block on the clifftop.
