TM2323 : Nearly there!

Nearly there!
A crossing of The Wade by Island Road at low tide should take no more than 15 minutes if undertaken with the right footwear - i.e. wellington boots. Otherwise (as in this case) the deeper puddles will slow progress. This small jetty is at the north end of the road, arrival point on Horsey Island. A territorial oystercatcher can be seen on the road in front of the photographer, unwilling to move very far away: perhaps its young were nearby.
