Valentine's - love for sale?

The pub most recently known as Valentine's closed in 2007 and at the time of the photograph in June 2008 had signs saying "site sold for development". It looked like it would soon be no more. But the recession stopped any development of the site and it was not demolished until the end of 2012 TQ3279 : Demolition of Valentine's.
