Pickering station, Pickering

Pickering is the starting point for a trip on the North Yorkshire Moors heritage railway. The railway is one of the longer ones; at 18 miles it is the second longest such line in the UK. It runs as far as Whitby on occasions but most trains terminate at Grosmont.
