These Victorian postboxes with a "high" posting aperture were made in 1879-83; this example has had a George V door fitted (sometime in 1910-36). The location of this postbox is shown in NZ2464 : Clayton Street/Fenkle Street and NZ2464 : 36-92 Clayton Street, NE1 (part) (4).
