A convoy of three tower sections is seen here on the main A680
Rochdale Road.
With the police car stopping all oncoming traffic the convoy is about to turn left on to the Quarry Road and head up to Scout Moor.
The haulier is R.Collett & Sons of Halifax Link

who had the contract to deliver a total of 26 wind turbines to the Scout Moor Wind Farm construction site.
