At around 350 metres above sea level close to the top of Waddington Fell this is the highest point on the road. The B6478 is 18 miles long and passes through attractive Bowland scenery linking Clitheroe with the A65 at Long Preston via Waddington and Slaidburn. Shot taken from the parking area near the cattle grid.
